LOGGED IN

- Go to t-mobile.com and log in to your account.
- Click BILL.
- Click Pay Now.


PAY AS A GUEST


- Go to T-Mobile.com
- Click Pay as a Guest - ( No Login Required )
- Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint.
- Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for.
- Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions).
- Click Next.
- Enter the payment amount and payment method details.
- Click Agree & Submit.
- The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment and email receipt if selected during the process.


EIP PAYMENTS

- Log in to t.mobile.com
- Click Bill & pay.
- Under the Make a payment option, select More payment options.
- Select View device payment plans.
- Select the device /line that you want to make a payment for.
- Select Make a payment and follow the instructions to make an EIP payment.


T-MOBILE APP

LOGGED IN

- Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
- Tap BILL.
- Scroll to and tap Make a payment.
- Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method.
- Tap Agree and Submit.


PAY AS A GUEST

- Open the T-Mobile app.
- On the app login screen, tap Pay as a guest.
- Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint.
- Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for.
- Re-enter the number to confirm.
- Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap 
  image boxes that contain the descriptions) and click verify.
- Click Next.
- Enter the payment amount.
- In the 'Payment details' field, tap Add a payment method.
- Select Apple Pay or Add a card.If adding a new card, enter your card details, then tap Select payment method.
- Enter your email address in the Email a receipt (optional) field if desired. The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment as well.
- Click Agree & Submit.
