I can see here that your 5G plan only includes international call to Canada and Mexico. If you wanted to have an international calling feature, you can add stateside international feature (from US to other countries). 

The 67mins is the total of your several calls you made for the last billing. I highly suggest to review your usage for us to be on the same page.
