If the customer asked, 'What's your payments' or 'Can you make payment,' let's not assume that this is immediately related to 'payment methods to purchase' or 'Financing payments.' Let's probe first on what they specifically mean by 'payments.'

Sample:

"I'll be happy to check this for you but just to clarify, when you say payments, are you referring to the financing such as monthly and down payments or the payment methods to purchase this CARNAME?"

You may customize this response according to the scenario you may experience.
