I would like to explain my absence on August 3, 2025, for my 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift.

On that day, I experienced a severe headache which made it difficult for me to sleep at my usual time. As a result, I overslept and woke up at around 11:30 PM, past the start of my shift. Unfortunately, my mobile data had expired earlier, and by the time I realized the situation, the nearby stores were already closed, preventing me from reloading my account to send a notice.

I acknowledge that I should have ensured I had an active means of communication and that it is my responsibility to inform my immediate supervisor as soon as possible regarding my attendance. I sincerely apologize for not being able to notify in advance and for any inconvenience my absence caused to the team’s operations.

Moving forward, I will take preventive measures, such as keeping my mobile data active and arranging alternative contact methods, to avoid a similar incident.
