Confirm that you have the correct Order ID and confirm arrival date and Sale Location before proceeding

Rentals can be secured in 3 ways.

1. Reserve online through www.epicmountainrentals.com
2. Reserve through our call center by calling us at (970) 754-0033
3. Rent as a “walk-in” when they arrive at our shop (This option should be discouraged as guests will not be eligible for a discount and equipment will be available on a first-come firstserved basis. SAME DAY rentals must be rented as a walk-in)

REFUND POLICY:

-You can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Call us to make a change at 970-754-0033 for U.S. reservations or 800-766-0449 for Canadian reservations. If you can, have your confirmation number handy.

WHAT IF I RETURN MY SKIS EARLY?: -We'll refund you for the remaining whole days that you won't use your equipment. Gear returned after 9 AM will be charged for that day.

CAN I PURCHASE MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT BEFORE/AFTER RENTING?

-No, but you can buy skis and snowboards at our affiliated retail locations. Select retail locations also carry gently-used demos or offer a try-before-you-buy program. Find a shop here.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SKIS?

-Yes, you can swap out your skis any time at any location.

IF I ARRIVE EARLY, CAN WE PICK UP OUR SKIS THE DAY BEFORE?

-Yes, and we welcome it. Pick up your equipment any time after 3 PM and you won’t be charged for that day.

DO YOU HAVE LARGER SIZE SKI AND SNOWBOARD BOOTS?

-We do, up to size 16 for skis and 15 for snowboards. They’re in demand, so reserve your package in advance to make sure they’re available when you need them.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SKI RENTAL FOR A SNOWBOARD?

-You can. Stop into any location to swap them out. There may be a price adjustment.

CAN I RENT BOOTS WITHOUT RENTING SKIS OR SNOWBOARD?

-You can rent boots by themselves on a first-come, first-serve basis. We don’t take online reservations. They range from USD $15 to $25 per day. If you bring your own skis and want to rent boots with us, your bindings must meet manufacturer safety requirements. To make sure, we’ll run a functionality test. It costs about $30.
