I've got valid markdown for last week audit because I included Deny code 51 on my notation. As per QA, it should not be included as its beyond UT timeline however for me I consider the deny code 51 since it happened on the disputed merchant and there is no in between transaction prior the AUTH and the deny code 51 occurred and on my notation I did not include that the deny code 51 happened during UT timeline I only documented it since it is related with the disputed merchant. And the other valid mark down I've had is not including the funding event prior the AUTH which is for me is confusing. As per trainer it should not be put all those funding event that was observed during UT timeline because if you can see at least one (1) funding event you can deny the claim and without the said funding the transaction won't push through and not directly impacting the account. But moving forward, I will put all funding event that I can see during the disputed timeline for documentation as we investigate the claim thoroughly as per QA. Focus to each claim and be Kin investigator to avoid future valid markdown that leads to progressive sanctions. 6:10 (1) Feedback: I've been marked off for not uploading the documents on evidence tab which is valid. I think the reason why I forgot to upload the document/ representment because there are too many tabs on my monitor which I did not doubled checked If I am seeing on the exact or correct Claim Id. Because on that day one of my teammate asked me some questions that somehow triggered me to out of focus. (1.1)Action Plan. For me the best and effective way to be not able to incur the same marked off is to closed all tabs that is not related to the investigation. Always focus on the claim that I worked on and also finish first the investigation before entertaining others queries. (2)Feedback : I've been marked off for notating that there were no NO deny codes was observed during UT timeline however upon checking all the deny codes are present. I believed the reason why I've been marked off because I am being complacent to the investigation of previous analyst. I did not re-investigate the claim, if I re-investigate that claim there's a big possibility that I avoided that specific marked off. Though it already investigated by the previous analyst but it is my responsibilities to check or re-investigate the claim. Honestly, when the decision is CB won or Pre-arb won I did not reviewed the previous Investigation. (2.2) Action Plan: Moving forward, always remember that whether the claim is inherited or you are the owner of the case and the decision is leading to CB won or Pre-arb won always take time to re-investigate the claim to avoid misses and inaccurate evidences. Perform thorough investigation as usual.(1) Feedback: I've been marked off for not uploading the documents on evidence tab which is valid.
