With regards to the port-out pin though, you can refer to this steps to generate the port-out pin. 
  
- Download and log in to the T-Mobile app . 
- Select Account or More. 
- Select Profile Settings. 
- Select Line Settings. 
- Select Request a transfer PIN. 
- You will be directed to verify your identity 
- Select a phone number to receive a text OTP 
- Select Continue 
- Enter 6-digit OTP 
- Select Continue 
- Select Get a transfer PIN 
- Provide that PIN along with your phone number and account number to your NSP
