Overall Investigation: 
The disputed card present EMV transaction is outside the vicinity with the member's address on the account.   
Disputed amount is abnormal. No spending pattern observed. 
No freezing, unfreezing of the disputed card was captured within the UT timeline.

With funding event observed on 2023-02-04 21:12:37	before the authorization of the disputed transaction from SQ *AQUA LOUNGE, WARNER ROBINS, GAUS on 2023-02-04 21:32:06. Spotme of $90.00 enabled the transaction to go through even though prior to the authorization the account balance is less than the disputed amount.
Balance exhausted.
With history from SQ *AQUA LOUNGE, WARNER ROBINS, GAUS. Intermittent transactions shows that merchant is normal to the CH. 
No fraud alerts.
As per Galileo, RTA & Penny no deny codes/  no response codes  was captured with the disputed merchant.
As per RTA: AVS RESULT B
As per VISA: AVS Result: Address verification is not applicable.
No PII changes. No signs of ATO.
Based on the the thorough investigations performed, there are enough evidence to deny the claim. Final resolution, no error found.
