s we checked your Account, upon checking here currently there is a negative file on your Account that is the reason why you can't use your Check to make a payment for your current balance.
But we since you got here now, we will be filing a negative file removal that way the blocking or restriction with using your check payment on the account will be lifted and removed so moving forward you can easily process the payment on the account using it.
Once the request will be approved, you can definitely use your checking moving forward.
