account verification when verifying a fan, it is important to capture info dependig on the channelyou support. voice - five9 shows the fans is verified or not verified if the fan is not verified, verify in internal tools usingtheorder number and email/phone, then confirm the otp via fans preferred channel. do not discuss/change a fan's order or their myaccount info without succssfully verifying the otp. no exceptions. if the fan cannot verify the otp, the account is not verified; therefore, we cannot discuss/update the order or their my account info

ticket claiming how a fan claims ticket

  1. ticket master will send an email how they will claim their ticket. 2.the fan needs to click the claim link in the email to get their verified tickets.
  2. during the claim process, the fans needs to sign in or create a ticketmaster acc to view their ticket and delivery info.

how to resend a claim link use the dc support tools open cs tools prod after sign to okta category dropdown after, click search click the order number corresponds the fan inquiry you will see the name, email address and zip code if you see that they still did not claim, click the generate link to the lower part of the page
