We have completed our investigation, and here are our findings below:
There are 50 items that are under FC Processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions, and weight or pending investigations.
Furthermore, there are 2 units reserved status as we are transferring them from one fulfillment center to another. This process may take up to 25 days, and 6 available units as per checking.
Please note: once our internal team is done with the investigation, your units will be flipped back to sellable.
