ADVISEMENT
I can change the due date of your account to every 28th of the month. Just so we can ensure to set proper expectations, here are a few advisements we have when changing your due dates:
-
You may need to manually settle your current bill on the current due date through our website or app, as your Anew due date will take effect in 1-2 billing cycles after this change.
-
You may also receive a mini bill that covers charges on your account in between the transition period form your current to new due date.
-
You may see the new due date take effect by next cycle and moving forward.
Let me know once we are good to proceed.
CHANGE BILL CYCLE
Thank you so much for your patience in waiting. Upon checking here, the date which you are wanting to be your new due date is available. Yet once we change your bill cycle. there might be proration fees added on top of your bill. Would you like to proceed?
Definitely! I can change your billing due date. Just a heads up, your next bill will be for your old billing cycle. Since it will take 30 days to take effect. The following bill will be a smaller prorated bill, as it will be for a partial billing cycle, covering only the time from the end of your old billing cycle to the beginning of your new one. It will reflect your new bill's due date. This means that to move to a new billing cycle, you will have 2 bill payments due in a short amount of time.
CHANGE BILLING CYCLE EFFECTIVE DATE
I successfully change your bill cycle to update your new due date into every 28th of the month. Here is your new bill cycle:
Start date: 8
Close date: 7
Due date: 28
Online bill available: 11
AutoPay withdrawn: 26
Also, I just want to give you a heads up that your new cycle will be effective on 01/26/2019.
