We're excited to announce the launch of our new login security system at Concentrix, which introduces Passwordless Authentication for a safer and user-friendly login experience that will eventually eliminate the need for passwords altogether!
What does this mean for you? When accessing applications like Workday (and soon others), you will be able to log in using Passwordless Authentication instead of using DUO. To get started, please enroll following the instructions below and don’t delay, you only have until August 29 to complete the mandatory set up process, which takes no longer than 5 minutes!
To enroll, follow these steps:
Visit https://signin.concentrix.com/admin Log in to the above using your Concentrix SSO credentials. Navigate to Devices >> Setup >> Smartphone and follow the instructions to download the BlockID app on your smartphone. Complete the enrollment process as directed on your smartphone. IMPORTANT: Click "I have the app" on your computer screen and scan the QR code to connect the app on your phone with your Concentrix ID. All game-changers who are using DUO authentication to authenticate their Concentrix SSO with their mobile phone today!

Game-changers who are working from within a trusted network in the office that don’t currently use multi-factor authentication to log into business applications, this does not apply to you!
Additional information:
- From August 30, it will be mandatory to log into Concentrix business applications using Passwordless Authentication.
