Please be advised that We will review your submission and verify your eligibility. General processing time is 8 weeks from Sep 25, 2023. To track status, go to t-mo.co/rebate using tracking ID DTZD-9878-4250.

You can wait until November 20, 2023  which is the 8th  week from Sep 25, 2023. No worries, as per checking on my end, there is no any unqualified reason for this Rebate Application.

Once approved, you will be notified via SMS and email and you may click the link included where you could claim the Rebate Virtual Card. 
Just in case that you did not received any update until November 20, 2023, feel free to contact our Rebate Team with hotline number: 1-877-311-8853  but no worries, everything is all good with your submission. All we just need to wait since our dedicated team were validating all the application.

T-Mobile Home internet

The customer can return to the status page on https://promotions.t-mobile.com/  and login to redeem their card. 
Can you please try to go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/  or click on the hyperlink in the SMS sent to the mobile number select during submission.
Select Log in and then log in using your T-Mobile ID associated on your Home internet line
Then Click Redeem Virtual Card. The page redirects to the Onbe website (https://login.northlane.com/defaultlogin.do ) and automatically generates the reward code. If not, go back to the previous page and click Redeem Virtual Card again.
