Since i stay for almost 2 years in teletech, my first account was called Tonal that's a gym equipment, where the customer can enjoy the guidelines on how to loose their weight during pandemic and they can learn how to do the right way of exercise, and they can choose their virtual trainer via Tonal. I stay on this account for more than 2 years. We address the customer via email only, however the client would like to change their business they want to change from non voice to a voice account and the client want to have the agent who have experience in taking calls, that's why the client decided to elimate who have not experience in calls, since this is my first company i dont have experience in calls ..
my second account was food and delivery, where i taking calls and address the concerns of the dashers, dashers is like a grab delivery, food panda here in the Philippines. I can easily adopt and adjust the nature of this account even its my first time to taking calls. However the client notice that this account has too much man power so that they pull out the 4 training waves that time. I only stay on this account for about going 3 months.

But if you want to know the main reason why ill decided to voluntary left my previous company i will share it with you

My last account was Telco T-Mobile, and for me that telco account is one of the stressful account but i can say i can easily adopt the tools and the process that they have however this account was very strict when it comes to the survey given by the customers, they called NPS, CSAT was not counted, only NPS where the customer need to answer the survey with the score of perfect 10, to the customer satisfaction and how they can recommend the account to others so a total of 20. if you will get a perfect 10 to customer satisfaction then you got 0 on the recommendation it still not counted.
In my time on this account i got limited nps, and since i feel like im the one who give a low score to the team i feel sad, so i say to my self if this score will continue i will passed my resignation and i think telco is not for me at this time, that's why i choose to passed my resignation. And look for another job to gained new experience.
