Customers that no longer have a past due balance with an open payment arrangement are eligible to delete it via web/app. Customers may have previously had the option to delete payment arrangements while past due within 24 hours of set up. This is no longer an option after web enhancements. T-Mobile app The customer can delete a payment arrangement once the entire past due balance is paid off. Open the app and tap BILL. Tap Modify Payment Arrangement. Select Delete payment arrangement. Option is available to customers who qualify to delete the arrangement. Select Yes delete. Customer receives confirmation message of the deletion. My T-Mobile The customer can delete a payment arrangement once the entire past due balance is paid off. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account. Click Update payment method from the installment. From Manage payment arrangement, select delete payment arrangement.
