TRANSFER PIN// PORT OUT:

Log in to the T Life / T-Mobile app.

Select the Manage Tab.
Select the gear icon in the top right corner.

Select Permission & controls.

Select Transfer PIN

Select Get a transfer PIN.
If prompted, agree to verify the account by receiving a code sent via text.
>Select Continue. >Enter code sent via text and select Continue.The temporary PIN displays on the screen. Make note of temporary PIN.

Click Okay.
Transfer esim to new device (prepaid):
On your new device:
Go to the Home screen. > Choose Settings. > Choose Cellular. > Choose Add Cellular Plan. >Choose your eSIM number. > Choose Add Cellular Plan. > Choose OK.
On your old iPhone:
Choose Transfer.
If the transfer was successfully completed, your new Apple iPhone 14 Pro will restart.
Go to the Home screen.
Choose Settings. >Choose Cellular.

Switching to another carrier is the last thing we wanted to hear from you guys, but we respect your decisions. Please be advised that here are the following information that they need to provide to the next carrier to proceed with the Port in request.
T-Mobile Number: The phone number you wish to transfer.
T-Mobile Account Number: This can be found on your bill or by logging into your T-Mobile account online.
T-Mobile PIN/Passcode: The security PIN or passcode associated with your T-Mobile account.
Temporary Port-out PIN: A temporary PIN required for porting out, which can be generated through My T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app.
Please ensure that your line is active before your new carrier begins the Port-in process. Just let me know if you have any clarification with this, alright?
PORT IN ADVISEMENT
= Thank you so much! Please be advised that the port in process may happen within minutes but can take up to 24 hours. If there is a problem with the port-in, someone from our Number Transfer team will contact you within 24 hours.
= Kindly save any voicemails you want to keep. Your old voicemail box and any voicemails are deleted. If your phone number is being replaced, the voicemail box resets when the port is completed.
= Once completed, you'll get a text message from T-Mobile to let you know the porting process has started and completed.
