TIPS TO REMEMBER:

• Buy ONLINE PICKUP IN STORE (BOPIS) is a convenient way for our cx to view our inventory and find a store that has the item(s) in stock
• We cannot place BOPIS orders using the Pay-By-Link
• Customers cannot change an online order to store pickup. If it is within the remorse period, offer to cancel and they can place the order online for store pickup
• Customer cannot pick up a lost package replacement in store. You can process the lost package for a refund, and the customer can place a new online order for store pickup
• BOPIS orders will reflect "PICK UP AT STORE" in the completed shipments
• We do not charge shipping on a BOPIS order
• BOPIS emails show "Victoria Secret", as the sender
