Fall off----

As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account. On top of payment arrangement, the system gives an extension to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is

Thanks for confirming. Please be advised that we can only make changes to the set-up arrangement within 24 hours of creation (your arrangement was created on 09/12/2024), especially since there is a past due balance on the account, deleting the payment plan might put your account to automatic suspension and we do not want that to happen.

On the brighter side, I have good news for you!

On top of payment arrangement, the system gives an extension to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is

Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that having services is important. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. Normally we can't make any changes on the arrangement once it is set up.

No worries! I do see here that we'll have another opportunity to set up a new payment arrangement! All we have to do is wait for the system to remove the current arrangement in the account.

The good thing about it is that not only will it restore your service, but it'll also extend your dues and keep your account in perfect condition! Is this option works for you?

EKIS:

We can offer you a call back so that we can provide you an update on Sunday but we suggest to make a payment on the account, little by little to lessen the past due balance on the account

When the account will be on its 31+ days past due there will be a minimum payment that you can settle in order to set up a new payment arrangement.

Please be advised that since the account got system suspension due to the 30+ days past due, automatically there's a valid charge when restoring the service, such as restoration fee. This is valid and the cost is $20.00 per line + taxes (capped at 3 lines).

Right now, you need to settle exactly

Sharing J's spiel for PA

As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account. On top of payment arrangement, the system gives an extension to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. We recommended completing the payment arrangement to ensure the services will not be interrupted, and to prevent being charged additional restoration and late fees. To prevent an interruption in service and additional fees being charged to the account, we would need to settle the past due balance of $352.87 or the $176.44 exactly on the 1st arrangement date as soon as possible

The great news is, as you’re less than 30 days past due, you can set up a new arrangement once the current one is systematically removed.

In cases, that we weren't able to process the payment, keep checking the account via T-Mobile app or website to see if you will be allowed to set up a new arrangement. May I kindly know if you have any clarifications on this?

Would you like me to provide you with the steps on how to view or set up an arrangement on the account?

Thanks for confirming. We've exhausted our resources here, . Due to the payment arrangement policy, we need to follow the arrangement dates and exact amount to secure the account. Having the arrangement active helps our customers who needs more time to settle the bill and agreed to pay before submitting the payment arrangement.

WITH MINIMUM PAYMENT: We recommended completing the payment arrangement to ensure the services will not be interrupted, and to prevent being charged additional restoration and late fees. To prevent an interruption in service and additional fees being charged to the account, we would need to settle the past due balance of $178.84

In cases, that we weren't able to process the payment, or if you can settle the minimum payment as soon as possible, keep checking the account via T-Mobile app or website to see if you will be allowed to set up a new arrangement. May I kindly ask if you have any clarifications on this?

2ND OPTION: WITH MINIMUM

In cases, that we weren't able to process the payment, or if you can settle the minimum payment as soon as possible, keep checking the account via T-Mobile app or website to see if you will be allowed to set up a new arrangement. Sounds like a plan?

Would you like me to provide you with the steps on how to view or set up an arrangement on the account?

FALL OFF//DEAD-END

We highly suggest making a payment little by little until we settle the remaining balance of $71.72 for your first arrangement since you were able to settle partial payment for it.

With the current status of account, we have to make the required payment, not settling the arrangement will cause the payment arrangement to fail and risk the service with interruption. And we don't want that to happen.

If you need more clarifications regarding this, feel free to ask, alright? I'd be more than happy to assist you

ORRRR

The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. When you miss the arrangement it doesn't necessarily mean that it will fail right away. If you can settle the arrangement before it fails it will still count towards the agreement and let you continue the arrangement.

As of the moment what we need to do is wait for our system to automatically delete your current payment arrangement on within today or tomorrow once done you can take a look to move it on (preferred date of payment), sounds like a plan?

If yes>>>

Great! For future reference once your current payment arrangement automatically drop-off by the system you can create a new one through T-Mobile app to extend your service and move your payment on a late dates.

  1. Open the app and tap BILL.
  2. Tap Set up a Payment Arrangement.
  3. Tap Continue and view the Amount.
  4. Tap Payment Method. Previously stored payment method will show, if available.
  5. Tap Continue, read the Terms & Conditions and tap Agree & Submit.
  6. Review the confirmation screen and tap Continue.
  7. Tap Payment installments to setup or edit an existing arrangement.
  8. Tap the Payment Method
  9. Tap Continue and read Terms & Conditions. Tap Agree & Submit.

when CX less 30 days past due:

You have nothing to worry since you are not yet over 31 days past due, I'm positive that you'll still be able to set up a new payment arrangement.

To give you an idea, basically the Payment Arrangement is an extension to your account's payment due date and be advised that it is unalterable since it was set with a payment method that serves as proof that you will pay on the exact date with the exact amount. I'm worried that your services might get affected once the installment payments have been modified.

I can see here that your payment arrangement is still active and cannot be modified as part of the terms and conditions before setting up payment arrangement.

So once it falls off this could be within 24-48, usually you might receive a notification on your device via text message or email stating that your payment arrangement has failed, and you'll get an option to create a new one afterward. Hence this is not a guarantee, so we suggest making a payment as soon as possible.

You can set up a new one online or send us a message to set a new one, so as long as there is no minimum amount needed. If in case it didn't fall off after 2 days let us know so we can update your account here. Let me know if this will work for you, ?

We highly suggest keeping it (your active arrangement) to avoid service interruption and additional charges. I also want to make sure you don't end up with a late bill that will later result in a higher payment if we are late. Sounds like a plan?

No worries, it won't happen if you want to extend my help to you so that you don't have to repeat yourself and reaching us back with same concern.

We can check your account on the 11th to ensure that the account still active and at the same time to confirm if your payment is successfully posted on that day. Are we good on this?

As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account.

///SET PROPER EXPECTATION = 24H CREATION Just to set a proper expectation, once we have set a payment arrangement, it can no longer be modified or delete (it might cause service interruption, and we don't want that to happen) unless you reach us within 24 hours of creation of the arrangement or we settle for the whole past due.

Are we clear so far, ?

Just to set a proper expectation, once we have set a payment arrangement, it can no longer be modified or delete (it might cause service interruption, and we don't want that to happen) unless you reach us within 24 hours of creation of the arrangement or we settle for the whole past due.

But, no worries, T-Mobile never runs out of options! Let me go ahead and check some better options here for you.

Yet the good thing is that you can definitely set up a new arrangement once this is removed automatically by the system, and to make sure that you set up a new one as soon as possible, you can also check your account after your arrangement date.

You're always welcome, XXX! We can guarantee you that by keeping the current arrangement on the account will secure your services.

Then once it is deleted by the system, you can set up a new one to keep the account connected moving forward.

=============== Yes, that's correct! And we highly suggest to check your account from time to time (before your payment) so that once you see that your arrangement is no longer showing/removed, you can set up an arrangement right away!

May I know if you have any clarifications please? I would be more than happy to help you further :)

And as your representative today, just giving a heads up, usually when no payment was made, the arrangement will fall off.

Got you on that, XXX. I understand you here, I know how important for us to keep our services active and have an extension paying our bills.
