We understand that you have moved and changed your address on your seller account. And you have been waiting for the postcard (OTP) to be delivered and 10 days have passed but it is still not yet delivered.
 
According to our resource, existing sellers will have 60 calendar days to complete address verification. The 60 calendar days will be measured from the date on which postcard (OTP) was delivered. 

Moving forward, if it's nearly 30 calendar days you still haven't received your OTP, you may expect an email from us about withholding your funds.

The reason behind this is; if the seller does not complete verification within 30 calendar days, we will withhold future disbursements. If seller still does not take action after withholding future disbursements, we will suspend the seller.

Hence, we recommend you to contact us back when it is nearly 30 calendar days so that we will be able to know that you haven't received the postcard and help you avoid the suspension of your account.
