PA 31+ days/extension/remove PA

I was able to exhaust my resources and review your account's eligibility to one of our payment extensions programs. However, it seems like your account wasn't able to hit the needed requirements. At the moment, Payment arrangement will be the best option you can take.

You can temporarily connect to wi-fi and you can use wi-fi calling or even other apps for calling and messaging when your service get interrupted while you are setting up a new payment arrangement to restore the service, in that way you will still be able to get connected to the people you need to contact. Once you have set up a new arrangement your service will be restored automatically.

I tried to remove the arrangement and check if we can set up new one however I regret that I don't have an option. I have confirmed that once an arrangement is set up, we are no longer able to delete or modify it. We will need to wait for the system to remove the current arrangement, just a heads up though, we are unable to guarantee that account will remain active once current arrangement is removed. I still hope that you are able to find a way to settle the balance to secure the account.

I'm not able to reset the payment arrangement. Once the current payment arrangement cancels and if your account isn't 30 days past due, you'll be able to set up a new payment arrangement to restore the service.
