Official Checks

Our official checks are the same as cashier’s checks they are both bank certified checks. At this time official checks can only be sent to the address we have on file for you.

For checks made payable to you, we currently offer two turnaround times for official checks. We offer our standard and expedited shipping. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Our expedited shipping comes with a $15 fee. Please note expedited official check requests submitted before 2:00pm ET Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, will be delivered within 2 business days. Requests submitted on or after 2:00pm ET Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, will be delivered within 3 business days.

"Where is my check being sent from?

We have several teams that handle these types of requests. Due to volume requests, we are unable to determine which one of the facilities the check will be sent from.
