Jesse Hawks (2088310014): 10/10 We were told by one of the service representatives that if we upgraded to the go 5g plan we would be able to get into 2 Google pixel 8 phones with no trade in on the 26th. Then we were contacted on the 27th saying that Debbie would contact us as she was the representative that pushed it through and that she was the only person who could get it approved. Now the 28th still no call from Debbie so we contacted your service team and was told we would now have to trade in a device in order to upgrade the Google pixel 8, and that we dont understand how the promotion works and that we are wrong when I told them exactly what I've been told since last week.
