EXAMPLE SPEIL:

• "The bill you received is the final statement. Here's why: So, Your Billing cycles begin on the (1st) of each month. And our Service is billed one month in advance. This final bill covers the last full month of service. No worries the account is officially closed (disconnected) after this bill. No further bills will be sent.

• "Ziply Fiber is a subscription-based service, similar to other services. Charges are not prorated for partial months. The service was active and paid for until the end of the billing cycle.

• "There is no termination fee because there is no contract. This is a benefit of being a Ziply Fiber customer. You only pay for the service (subscription) you (HAVE)(used), up to the end of the billing cycle."

Important:

• Customer can still receive a bill for the last month and it will be their last or Final Bill for the prev month

• SUBSCRIPTION FIRST BEFORE PAY (they are paying behind of months)

• INTERNET and VIDEO IS SUBSCRIPTION BASED

• INTERNET - cannot be prorated

• PHONE - can be prorated
