  1. Need to fill the draw all the way up just putting in the amount you would use for that one cycle isn't how the device is designed they must fill the whole reservoir.
  2. Check what side you have put things into, if you can't remember then they should empty it and clean it out. softener on the left and detergent on the right.
  3. If you want to use powder for one cycle or for all cycles, they need to set it so the cup with 1 next to it the indicator levels next to it have no lights on.
  4. You need to clean the drawer out 1 to 2 times a month and if they haven't done this then need to follow the steps to clean it.
  5. If the draws are flashing and there is a beeping then that means the draw is empty.
  6. Look for signs of mold as this can block the air vent at the back. They will need to remove any signs of mold or dirt build up.
  7. Look for any damage to the Dispenser or the housing it sits in.
  8. Check the machine's water pressure as it could be too high.
  9. If you are putting too much powered/liquid into the dispenser and this is causing too much foam and water is coming out of the panel. EZ dispense As per checking with the model of your Washing Machine. It is an Ez Dispense Machine. The amount of the detergent and the softener that will be dispensed depends on the default amount that you have set. We recommend to set it on 150ml per cycle, but it will still depend on you on how much loads you will be putting. You can change the default amount of it. First step is to power on the machine. Choose any program. Kindly press and hold the Dispenser (1 for detergent /2 for softener) 3 to 5 seconds until number will appear in the panel Change it by turning the dial nub until you reached the 150ml save it by pressing the (1 for detergent /2 for softener) for 3 to 5 seconds until the number will disappeared in the panel.
