Other details:

For Individual Seller: 1% Is for Admin fee and being deducted every week, every time that we release your pay out only. (Thursday) 2.24% Is for Transaction fee and being deducted every successful delivered orders that you have. 100 Pesos is a payment for Registration fee and it is also refundable once you stop selling to Lazada PH.

For Corporate Seller: 2.24% Is for Transaction fee and being deducted every successful delivered orders that you have.

Note: 1% for admin fee will only be charge to sellers whose under Lazada Coop. Since they will not be submitting Certificate of Registration or BIR form 2303.

You may follow these steps if you want to create an account using your mobile phone.

  1. Open your Chrome browser.
  2. On the option icon, tick the Desktop site.
  3. Visit www.Lazada.com.ph
  4. Click the sell on Lazada
  5. Click the "Sign up" button on Marketplace area.
  6. Tick the account you want to create "Individual" or "Corporate" account.
  7. Fill out the needed information.

DESKTOP:

  1. Visit www.lazada.com.ph then click on Sell on Lazada
  2. From "Sell on Lazada" page, click "Become a seller now" button
  3. Choose the account type you would like to sign up for
  4. Fill out the required fields
  5. Tick the check box to accept the terms and conditions
  6. Click on Sign-up button to submit your application

With regard to the concern you raised during the call, sad to say this but we don't have a way to check your previous account using the number you provided to me. We can only check accounts using email address, Shop Name or Seller Center ID.
