From CCS2 (Preferred Method) Once you've retrieved an order in Order Research, click the Edit Order button to open it in Sterling (SSC).

This will open a new tab in Microsoft Edge.

Direct Login Since Sterling (SSC) is a web-based program, it is recommended that you create a shortcut for it in your Microsoft Edge browser Retrieving Orders On customer service calls, you MUST retrieve the order in Order Research. From the CCSv2 launchpad, click Cust Service, then select Order Research from the flyout. On the Find Order screen, in the RETRIEVE field:

If W0060, it’s a phone order. Select ORDER NUMBER from the dropdown and enter only the last 10 digits of that number (drop the W0060).

If W0100 it’s a web order. Select WEB ORDER from dropdown and enter the entire order number.

If starts with 5, select WEB ORDER from dropdown and enter the entire order number.

If starts with 10, select ORDER NUMBER from the dropdown and enter the entire order number.Refer to Article KA-02179 Retrieving Orders On customer service calls, you MUST retrieve the order in Order Research.
