Closed codes
✔Answer the transition questionnaire correctly in Lean- this will lead to the
correct Closed Code.
✔When placing notes in the public notes field (smaller note field) do not usespecial characters and make sure not to exceed two hundred fifty-five (255)
character limit.

CODE 357 - DE MINIMIS CLAIM
- Use this type of close code when you are finalizing below threshold claims which is $25 and below per transaction, where the total claim amount does not exceed to $75 per claim.


CODE 307 - CLOSED WRITE OFF
- when the claim is in favor to ch and there's no recovery option.
ex. no chargeback rights
