After careful investigation of your concern, we have found that your shipment status for Shipment ID: ---- is currently IN_TRANSIT. Please kindly take note that If your carrier tracking information says "Delivered", it implies that our fulfillment centers have your shipment. Note that units are available for sale as soon as they are received. However, because units may be sent to other fulfillment centers closer to customers, it can take up to 18 days for received units to be available for immediate shipping. Due to a higher volume of shipments, you may experience longer than usual receive times. Furthermore, we've determined that this is a non-partnered carrier shipment. Hence, we recommend you to contact the carrier directly for support with delayed deliveries. To check the status of your shipments: 1. Navigate to "Inventory" in Seller Central and select "Shipments" from the drop-down menu. 2. From the "Shipping Queue" page, click "Track shipment" for the relevant shipment. 3. On the "Shipment events" page, you can check the status of your inventory. The following events will populate: • Checked in: The trailer has been moved from the fulfillment center yard to the dock door and is ready to be unloaded. • Receiving: The shipment contents are being scanned. Units are available for sale as soon as they are received. • Closed: Amazon has confirmed the actual number of units received in your shipment matches your shipped quantity. If there is any issue with your shipment, it is now eligible for investigation. The processing of your shipment can be delayed if shipping requirements are not met. Delays may be caused by such things as labeling issues, barcodes linking to incorrect items, and the shipping of restricted products. Please take note that we are unable to manually expedite the shipment receive process, and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance. Furthermore, please kindly rest assured that once your shipment has problems it will directly appear on your shipment summary on seller central.
