Payment arrangement:

We indeed understand that we have a tight time managing our funds. For reference, may I know the reason why you are unable to settle your bill on time?

Thanks for giving us a heads up about this, CX. These are tough times and keeping you connected is our top priority. I'm happy to discuss what options are available to find what works for you.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS:

I understand the need for an extra time. With everything that's happening, you know we could see through how hard it must have been for most of us. I see that the account has set up a payment arrangement and once this is saved, we can no longer change nor modify it as per terms and conditions.

We just need to wait for the current payment arrangement to be removed automatically by the system, which may happen anytime upon missing the arrangement date. Would that works for you?

I definitely understand how you feel about your current situation, CX. Rest assured that You will have ample time to make the new payment arrangement and you will be properly notified via SMS once removed anytime. Then once you receive that notification, kindly try to make a payment arrangement and check your app from time to time for you to create a new payment arrangement. How about that?

SSO:

You may follow the steps below on how to make a payment and create a new payment arrangement.

Open the app > Bill > Make a payment > Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method > Tap Agree and Submit.

Bill > Set up a payment arrangement > View the Set up a payment arrangement schedule available > Payment Method > Continue > Agree & Submit

The amount due will default to the minimum payment necessary to be eligible for a payment arrangement To change the payment dates and installments, tap Edit. Tap Update to confirm changes.

Recommendation: to essentials plan

Good question! You won't feel the changes that much because you will still receive an unlimited calls, texts and data. The affected features will be your roaming which will only limited to unlimited texting and then your hotspot will be at 3g speed. Would you like to proceed? Will my account be suspended?

I may say that as long as your payment arrangement is still on your account, your account will remain active. Please use the spiel (from Cluster)

I would like to set things straight in this conversation that once the payment arrangement is created we can no longer make any changes in it, hence, missing the agreed installment date may result to a suspension of the account for failing to honor the agreement. I understand the current situation customer.

If you would like, I can assist you in changing your due date to a more convenient time for you to help you better manage your bills and prevent future suspensions. How's that sound?

Great news! Although we are unable to modify your current payment arrangement, we can wait until it expires. Once the existing arrangement expires, you can establish a new payment plan to receive a further extension.

PA ulet: less than 30 days

I understand the need for an extra time. With everything that's happening, you know we could see through how hard it must have been for most of us. I see that the account has set up a payment arrangement and once this is saved, we can no longer change nor modify it as per terms and conditions. To set proper expectation, once this arrangement drops due to missed payment, the account may be suspended when the system removes it and restore fees of $20.00 per line (maximum of 3 lines) may be added in the next bill.

ADDITIONAL SPIIEL FOR PA - SUSPENDED DUE TO NON PAYMENT:

I personally apologize to make you feel this way, . I just want to let you know that we've exhausted our resources and looked for more possible options to help you. And as much as we wanted to restore your services, we are unable to do so due to the restrictions of the account based on the policy such as past due balances. However, I assured you that you will still receive calls, text and 911 calls even if the lines are suspended.

We just wanted to make sure that we also set proper expectations to prevent this from happening again in the future. You may like to consider removing features that you no longer use to lower the bill or change the plan to a lower cost plan. We're hoping for your kind understanding and we hope that you felt our sincerity and urgency to provide a resolution.

Request to remove PA: Fall off - less than 30 days past due (can still set up)

I have checked the account and can absolutely see here that you can still set up a new payment arrangement on the account. We just need to wait for the current payment arrangement to be removed automatically by the system, which may happen anytime upon missing the arrangement date. Fall off:

We simply need to wait for your payment arrangement to be removed on your account and then the estimated time for removal may take from 48 to 72 hours. This simply means that we have enough time to wait for your payment arrangement to fall off and you can simply create a new one. Would that works? Will I be suspended?

There is a possibility that the service may get disconnected, but the good thing about it is that once you set up a new one, your service will be restored. Your current arrangement is what keeps the account active, so it's highly recommended to keep it as it is and just check the T-Mobile App from time to time to see if it's ready to set up a new arrangement. When the PA will be removed on the account?

We are unable to guarantee on when your current payment arrangement will be removed on your account. The good thing is we will have an ample time for you to wait and then eventually create a new payment arrangement. Rest assured that your service will not be interrupted on that date, please be advised as part of the agreement, once a payment arrangement has been set up, it can't be changed, extended, or deleted. It can only be either "Settled" or "Failed". Currently, it's the payment arrangement that's keeping the account active.

If acct will have past due after fall off : 31 DAYS PAST DUE AFTER FALL OFF

Nothing to worry because the suspension will not occur right away. You will have ample time to make the new payment arrangement and you will be properly notified via SMS once it falls off. Then once you received that notification, kindly make sure to settle the minimum amount due as it will help you to create a payment arrangement eventually. Acct is still within 30 days past due after fall off

Nothing to worry because the suspension will not occur right away. You will have ample time to make the new payment arrangement and you will be properly notified via SMS once it falls off. Then once you received that notification, kindly try to make a payment arrangement and check your app from time to time for you to create a new payment arrangement. Concern with restoration fee charge:

Yes, the account will be charged $20 per line or a $60 cap for the restoration fee since we weren't able to fulfill the promised payment. But you don't have to worry about it that much, as that could be added to your new arrangement, which will give you enough time to settle the balance. It is highly suggested that if you ever have extra funds, try to settle at least some small amount to lower the bill. 31 PLUS DAYS:

Got the account here and it shows that we can still set up an arrangement on the account; all we have to do is to settle the 31 plus days past due amount of $00.00. Can you settle this amount today? Customer cannot pay: (Asking for additional PA) -We appreciate your patience on waiting, Ramona! We know this is a tough time right now and appreciate you wanting to settle the amount on the date you have mentioned. We have tried as well to restore your account and unable to proceed. Right now, our system does require us to settle the $46.01 amount so we can set up a new arrangement.

IF NO: (Ladex) -- I absolutely understand the situation. I took the liberty of checking the account and if ever we may fail paying the account right now, your outgoing services and data will be impacted but the Incoming calls, text will still be intact. At this moment, it would be best to connect to a Wi-Fi either at home or if you can connect to a public Wi-Fi to use data. You can also use some third-party applications like Messenger, WhatsApp, or Hangouts to send a message since those applications can be used via Wi-Fi. Then, once you have enough funds to take care of the account, you can start making the payment. Sounds like a plan?

Try to collect:

We do really appreciate you for patiently waiting and as per carefully checking here that the account is already XX days behind the due with full balance of $xxx and we are only required to settle $xxxx for you to be able to set up an arrangement to restore your service and extend your bill due date. EMPATHY SA WALANG PAMBAYAD

I'm truly on your side on this, CX. I know that we need our services to be restored. To be honest, if only I could help you on this, there'd be no reason for me to refuse in giving you such privilege.

It has been my sincerest intention to extend all the help that I could provide and we truly appreciate your patience with us yet as of now since we are being allowed only once the payment is made, once we have settled the minimum balance, rest assured that our services will be restored and we can set up a payment arrangement for the remaining balance on the account. We're hoping for your kind understanding in this matter.

IF CX RECENTLY FOUND A NEW JOB PERO DI PA DIN MAKABAYAD

Glad that you found a new job and you really need to work on your budget. I am on the same boat since I also started working again last month after recovering from the virus. Restore fees are valid but I am eager to help you.

We just want to make sure that know how payment arrangement works. We can only create a payment arrangement for the balance for less than 30 days. As of today, your total past balance is $XXX.XX and a portion of it is already more than 30 days past due amounting to $XXX.XX. If this amount is settled today ,we can easily move forward in setting an arrangement which will restore service. How do you wish to proceed?
