• That process is called Change or responsibility. Essentially, you will be transferring your line`s charges to another T-Mobile account.

For it to be completed, your line must be released from the current account first. TO release your line from the current account, you can connect and ask the account owner to release your line from the account.

Once the line is released, that`s the time you can contact and let know the owner of the other T-Mobile account to take over of your line.
