payment arrangement

Open the app and tap BILL. -Tap Set up a Payment Arrangement -Tap Payment Method. -Tap Continue -tap Agree & Submit.

I understand and agree that we were able to reset payment arrangements before, however please understand that we did this due to the pandemic to assist everyone in times of need. Now that things are returning to normal, we are reinstating on how changes on payment arrangements work. We can only reset payment arrangement if it is made within 24 hours, if the account has no past due balance or if there are credits or adjustments under T-Mobile error.

I have some exciting news to share with you! After a thorough review of your account, it appears that we can establish a new payment arrangement to extend your payments. The only thing we need to do is wait for your current payment arrangement to expire since your account is only 6 days past due. Once the current arrangement expires, you can create a new one. Typically, your arrangement will expire within 24-48 hours after missing an installment.
