In addition, We encourage you to submit a removal order for you to physically check the unit.

Once removed, if you found that these units are not defective, please ship these units again to Amazon Fulfilment Centre by creating a new shipment.

When inventory in an Amazon fulfilment center is not in sell-able condition, its status changes to Unfulfillable and it is set aside. If you do not create a removal order for your unsellable inventory within 30 days after Amazon notifies you of its required removal, it is likely to be automatically disposed of.
