Fan Experience: Refund

1. Click My Account to access the slash tickets and contact suppport.
2. Click Upcoming Events
3. Select Order

Probing Questions about requesting a refund:

1. Did you opt in for ticket insurance?
2. Do you want to cancel all the tickets in this order?
3. On your order's Event Details page. do you see a Request Refund button?

Reso: This means your order isn't eligible for a refund at this time. Check the Event Details page to see if the other options are available. including transferring or selling your tickets to another fan.
