Electronic Toll Collection Tolling on the Express Lanes is all electronic. There are no toll booths and no option to pay cash. An E-ZPass is required for travel.

V-Toll Ad Fee: $0 Operator uses license plate number to process trip (Within 5 days of trip)

First Invoice Ad Fee: $12.50 is per trip + the Toll Fees (6 days to 35 days after trip)

How are Toll Violations Generated?
When a violation occurs:
- A lookup is completed through the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
- The CBO looks for a match to a violation account already in the system with previous violations
- If an account s not found, a new account is created
- An invoice is sent to the identified owner requesting payment for the trip and any applicable fees
If it turns out to be:
Old Acc: violation will be sent to the old acc, the customer will receive an invoice
New Acc: an account will be created

Finding MAT/Opt-In Program
- From the Main menu, select Missed a Toll
- Use the filters on the screen to locate a Missed a Toll/Opt-In registration. For example, a plate number can be inserted.
- Click Apply to progress
- Clear to remove filters, or cancel to halt the search
Reason for enrolling the customer to Missed a Toll: If the customer mentioned that they travelled recently and it is not yet on our system
