MaaS (MoneyGram-as-a-Service) Partners

Overview

MaaS (MoneyGram-as-a-Service) is a new service that allows MGI partners to access the MGI transactional network and arrange funds transfer to select domestic/international locations. Service is offered via partners' physical networks, online channels and/or mobile applications.

• Partners are allowed to selectively enable specific corridors/services and set fees per their business needs.
• Scope of MGI service support depends on a partner; some of them fully support their senders and MGI only assists agent headquarters/receivers, while others get a full service support from MGI; refer to MaaS Partners below for details.

MGI processes remitted funds initiated at the partner's POE, making them available for the receive via our agent network in designated countries.

• Service includes 10 Minutes, ExpressPayment, Account Deposit and Home Delivery transactions (options vary per partner).
• Partners should perform the KYC verification and comply with MGI data collection requirements.

MGI will gradually expand its list of MaaS partners, corridors and services; more information will follow accordingly.
