Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand your issue regarding the status of the shipment FBA18VLRL69Q.

After a review, we've determined that this is a non-partnered carrier shipment. Please contact the carrier directly for support with delayed deliveries. If you believe the shipment has been delivered and the inventory has not been received, submit an “Inventory missing from inbound (ILAC/MFI/WMS)” case from the “Help” drop down link titled “Get help and resources.” For more information, go to: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/center

Moreover, due to a higher volume of shipments, you may experience longer than usual receive times. To check the status of your shipments:

  1. Navigate to "Inventory" in Seller Central and select "Manage FBA Shipments" from the drop-down menu.
  2. From the "Shipping Queue" page, click "Track shipment" for the relevant shipment.
  3. On the "Shipment events" page, you can check the status of your inventory. The following events will populate:

• Checked in: The trailer has been moved from the fulfilment centre yard to the dock door and is ready to be unloaded. • Receiving: The shipment contents are being scanned. Units are available for sale as soon as they are received. • Closed: Amazon has confirmed the actual number of units received in your shipment matches your shipped quantity. If there is any issue with your shipment, it is now eligible for investigation.

Upon checking, we have found that your shipment is in "Delivered" status. Amazon has received information from the carrier that your shipment is ready for delivery, or that it was delivered to the fulfillment center facility yard but that the fulfillment center hasn't yet checked it in.

For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to four days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. Occasionally, a shipment that has been delivered to the fulfillment center will not display as Delivered. This can occur because of information between the carrier and the fulfillment center not syncing.

The processing of your shipment can be delayed if shipping requirements are not met. Delays may be caused by such things as labelling issues, barcodes linking to incorrect items, and the shipping of restricted products.

Kindly be informed that when a shipment has been delivered to Amazon Fulfillment Center, it will be lined up in a queue to undergo the standard receiving process, which includes the scanning, verification, and reconciliation. The reconciliation process identifies discrepancies between what was listed in the shipment and what is received at the fulfillment center. Reconciliation of shipped inventory usually takes 14 to 30 days. In some cases, it will take up to 60 days.

Please be informed that our fulfillment team will not expedite the receiving process as the team will follow the receiving guidelines and processing time frame. The process takes time as your products will be processed 1 by 1 to avoid errors.
