We can do see here that you currently have one month of lease left and good news is that you actually have several options for this!

The first one is where you can fully own the device by paying off the remaining purchase option price. You can have it paid upfront or through another plan that is good for 9 months.

The second one is where you can return the device at the store so that you can terminated the contract and remove the device from your account.

The third one is where you can have your device upgraded to a new different - device under a new 18-month lease contract!
