I’m sorry your order didn’t arrive on the date you were hoping it would. We apologize for the delay.

We provide an Estimated Delivery Date that indicates when we believe we’ll be able to fulfill an order. Updates to Estimated Delivery Dates can happen unexpectedly for reasons that may include: weather or natural disasters, logistics or transportation issues, inventory issues, and so on.

If guest is reaching out ON the EDD: We suggest you give it one more day to see if your shipment arrives. If it doesn’t, you can contact us again or you can self-serve for most returns and shipment issues by logging into your Target.com account and select Fix an issue on the order.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii should have additional time needed for shipping built into the EDD. However, there may be delays in transit to these remote locations. Please allow additional time for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.
