Cleaning fee update

Hey Team -

We've decided to temporarily roll back the global updates made for Cleaning Fee & have created a new KB for US&C agents to use.

The most significant change is we will be allowing requests under $50 to not require a receipt (unless they have the receipt required tag). Summary:

Driver does NOT have cleaning_fee_receipt_required tag:

• <$50 no receipt required

• $50 receipt required

Driver DOES have cleaning_fee_receipt_required tag:

• all requests require a receipt

Driver has cleaning_fee_max_threshold tag:

• not eligible for reimbursement

Here is the new KB to utilize. The Global KB has been updated with a banner to route US&C agents to the new KB.
