Any post-secondary full-time student attending a school on the pre-approved list from British Columbia or Washington State. If your school is not on the list please inquire by email.     

Full-time is a minimum 3 in-class courses or 9 credit hours in the fall (September – December 2021) or spring (January – April 2022) terms. Distance/online education and apprentice/trades work hours are NOT eligible (TBD).

Masters and PhD students require a letter from their Registrar’s Office confirming full-time enrollment. Co-op, Apprentice and Blended Learning programs are eligible as long as there are over 100+ hours in-class time between Sept 2021 – Apr 2022. 

International Students attending a school on the pre-approved list are eligible, as long as full-time requirements are met. 

BC residents attending school out of Province are eligible as long as they meet the full time requirements. Government issued ID with photo and address will be requested to confirm residency in BC.
