You can reach People Connect in three convenient ways:

Online - Preferred Method: Open a Service Case based on your specific question.  The case type you choose will give People Connect the ability to prioritize your case effectively and get the right individuals working on your case.

Email: Email PeopleConnect@VailResorts.com and a service case will automatically be created for you.  This will create a generic low priority case and will delay the response.

Phone: For urgent needs you can reach People Connect Monday-Saturday from 6:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (MST) by calling 303-404-1900
 

For W-2’s for former employees –

If you are in an inactive employee visit EpicEmployee.VailResorts.com and select Alumni to access all the information you need.  Click the link for Direct Connect: Take Action to:

View and download your W2, T4 and other tax documents
Access paycheck documents
Update your address
To log into Direct Connect: Take Action, use these credentials:

Username: your Employee ID number

Default Password: P$wdMMDDYY (six digit birthday)

If you are having trouble with your password, try the Forgot My Password link call the IT Support Center at 970-754-4357 (U.S.) or 604-935-5500 (CAN).
