Spiel getting the TRANSFER PIN

To get your Transfer PIN you can use this steps: 

1. Download and log in to the T-Mobile app. 
2. Select Account > Profile Settings. 
3. Choose Line Settings > Request a transfer PIN. 
4. Follow the directions on the screen. 

If you are having problems getting the PIN via T-Mobile app, you may get the PIN via call with our NTC or Number Transfer Center.
