New customer deal is way more different than existing customer deals as the new customer deals are intended for those who have not tried our services yet and wanting to test it so we gave them a chance to test the quality with lower risk due to affordable price. However, it won't last long as the first contract for new customer will not be renewed with the same price as the discounts used are rich in value and all providers have the same set up.

I understand that you wanted new customer deals. To set your proper expectations, new customer deal tends to be cheaper because of its introductory price and the one-time welcome discount, however, once the first contract expires, same discounts cannot be applied again as those exclusive discounts can only be applied once. All providers are doing the similar purpose to attract new customer to try their services for a minimal risk. You were once a new customer and experience the same benefit with us when you first joined. Although as an existing customer, the price of the package will be based on the discounts available in your account. What do you think?
