--9 31+ Past due days

I understand that managing your bills can be challenging at times, and we are here to support you in any way we can. If you don't mind me asking, may I know when will you be able to settle the minimum amount of $xxxxxx?

Good news! The account still has an active service and as per checking, I could see here that the account was past due for xxx days and you have a $xxx for the minimum payment.

Here's what I can do for you! I'll be checking your account to make sure that you'll be having an active service until you process the minimum payment so we could delete the existing payment arrangement and to set up a new payment arrangement.

I couldn't set up a new payment arrangement right now since there will be a minimum payment of $xxxxx amount which is the 31+ past due days and the only option that we have right now is to check on daily basis first the account until you settle this minimum payment. Are you okay with that?

By any chance, will you be able to pay any amount today?

I appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation with me. Rest assured that I'll be checking your account now and then to make sure that you'll be having an active service.

For future reference, Once you're able to settle the minimum payment amount of $218.42, you can definitely set up a new payment arrangement that will help you to manage the other past due balances on the account. You can simply set up a new payment arrangement by just logging in to your T-Mobile account. 31+ Past active - Fall off

We truly understand that you will be needing more time for this. However, we are unable to change the existing payment arrangement. I recommend keeping it in place to avoid suspension of service and additional fees. I also want to make sure you are not running into your next bill which will create a larger payment amount later if we delay.

But the good news is that, we actually have another way for you to get a new arrangement on a further date! All we need is to wait for the current arrangement to fall off that within 2-3 days from May 6 and once the arrangement has fallen off, you can set up a new payment arrangement! However if the account has a 31+ past due days once the arrangement fall off, you may need to settle the minimum payment before setting up a new arrangement. Is this gonna work out with you?

Since the account suspension is a system generated changes, it's important to note that there may be a partial suspension of service due to the original arrangement not being fulfilled on time. But don't worry, once the new arrangement is created, your service will automatically return to normal.

The good thing about setting a new payment arrangement, this will gives you an additional 14 days extension to settle the bill and it will also have a 2 installment option for the past due balance.

Just let me know If you have any clarification with this, alright?

Good question Michelle! Please be advised that there might be a partial suspension of service due to the original arrangement not being fulfilled on time.

We strongly recommend setting up a new arrangement once minimum payment were settle (if the account has a 31+ past due by then) as soon as the current one ends to ensure your service remains active. Rest assured, you will be notified via SMS when the current arrangement ends.

As of the moment, the arrangement is still active and you may check the payment arrangement status using this link: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/payment-arrangement?cmpid=hw_send So you can immediately set up a new one one it fall off. Will you be able to do it?

I understand that keeping up with payments can sometimes be challenging. Currently, your account shows a past due balance that has been outstanding for over 31 days. To ensure your service remains active and to avoid any service interruptions, it's important to address this balance.

We have options available to help manage your account balance. One option is setting up a payment arrangement that allows you to split the past due balance into manageable payments over time. This can help bring your account current while keeping your services active.

To set up a payment arrangement, the current minimum payment is $270.57. The minimum payment is a portion of your past due balance that needs to be paid today to start the payment arrangement. Once this payment is made, the remaining balance can be divided over future dates that work within your budget.

It's also important to note that while on a payment arrangement, all services remain active as long as the agreed payments are made on time. However, if the account was suspended due to non-payment, a restoration fee of $20.00 plus taxes per line, with a cap at 3 lines, will be included in the installments.

Would you like to explore setting up a payment arrangement or discuss other options that might better suit your needs?
