P.A. (Fall Off)

I understand the need for an extra time. With everything that's happening, you know we could see through how hard it must have been for most of us. I see that the account has set up a payment arrangement  and once this is saved, we can no longer change nor modify it.

What can be done is wait for the arrangement to fall off and anytime today or tomorrow, the arrangement will be remove and that's the time that you may set up a new arrangement. Kindly keep an eye on this so you can set up right away!
The service will stay active for as long as you set up the arrangement.
