SAFE-T CLAIM

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that ___

After checking the order on our end, we have confirmed that there's a way for you to get back the refund that was debited from your account. Based on Amazon’s sole discretion, you may be issued a reimbursement in cases where Amazon determines that you were not at fault.

We highly recommend you to file a Safe-T claim to get a reimbursement for the refund from this order.

Please note that Selling Partner Support team are unable to file a Safe-T Claim on your behalf.

Kindly follow the steps below to file a claim:

  1. Go to Orders in the Seller Central menu, and then select Manage SAFE-T Claims.
  2. Click File a new SAFE-T claim, in the top right hand corner of the page.
  3. Enter the Order ID for the return and then click Check eligibility.
  4. If your order is eligible, proceed to the next step. If not, select an eligible order to file a claim. Note: SAFE-T claims do not count against your performance metrics.
  5. Select the reason for your reimbursement claim.
  6. In your claim, provide detail as to why you believe Amazon should reimburse you. For example, if you are disputing a cancellation penalty fee, explain what happened and provide documentation that supports your claim.
  7. Attach all necessary supporting documentation, and then click Submit SAFE-T claim. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your claim.

We will review your claim and might request additional information from you. We will notify you once a decision has been made. You can track the status of your claim on the Manage SAFE-T Claims page under the Orders Tab

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that ___

If a buyer is claiming that a package was not delivered, and you have proof of delivery, then it is up to your discretion on whether or not you will refund the buyer. Please understand that, because this is a seller fulfilled order, only you the seller can choose to decline a refund. However, all your decisions need to be communicated with the buyer and you will also need to provide the proof of delivery to the buyer.

Note: Sellers may request the proof of delivery with recipient’s name and signature by contacting the respective carrier.

Moving forward, if the buyer is automatically refunded by the system and you disagree with the refund, you may submit a review request by filing a Safe-T claim for it.
