Just a quick reminder to keep us all aligned with the process. This isn’t a new update, just a refresher:

1. O2 SIM Transfers If a customer accepts or is about to accept a new O2 SIM and asks about transferring their existing O2 number: ✅ Advise them that if their current SIM is under contract, the number cannot be transferred to the new SIM. ✅ Transfers are only possible if the existing SIM is PAYG (Pay As You Go).
