- Educ cx all vehicle above 7ft is considered as a medium vehicle that will be charge 3 times higher from the basic toll fee rate   **SPIEL: - To help make sure we can continue to give all our customers a great travel experience, we charge vehicles over 7ft tall 3x the current toll rate. Signage on the road before each entry to the Express Lanes informs travelers that tolls vary by vehicle size.  **To provide a smooth driving experience, the 3x rate applies to vehicles taller than 7 feet in height. This includes most tall passenger vans, commercial vans, 2-axle large box trucks, and flatbed trucks on the 495, 95 and 395 Express Lanes.
