White and Gray Bills
-providers not yet identified by Papaya
-on the left hand side, we have to manually input the information on for it to be registered to the system/data base basing on the bill image
-once it will be converted to a yellow bill then that's the time that the bill could be work on.
 
Triage
-Users haven't submitted any bills
-account type or user type is not yet identified
-must be vigilant if the account is fraud
-compare information on the bill image on the left side menu
-must also be mindful of the statement date
 
 
For Bluebill, check the amount and then visit the bank's website and fill out the form. continue to fill out the form using the information on the customer's bill image/left hand side.
 
For Bills that needs for calling out, make sure to only call once.
If "transfer to papaya pay" button is clickable, then you may proceed.
 
Take Note: Bill category: Credit Card or Loan (never transfer to papaya) 
 
 
To complete the transfer it would take more than few days.

color Green means verified
